This size is generally for steel frames. Always measure! For example some older bikes have a 1" tube diameter. For 1-1/2 - 2" stud spacing's only! What you get (1) single engine mount. Select front or rear!
The front engine mount (T-bracket) mounting component has 2 slots to
adapt to any of the Chinese engine front stud spacing configurations. Some engines have wider stud spacing for the front mount, that's why there is 2 slots on the front mount (T bracket) mounting component.
The rear engine mount (T-bracket) mounting component has 1 hole and 1 slot. This is because the drive sprocket is very close to one of the mounting studs on the rear mount application. So the rear (T-bracket) mounting component that has the hole will mount on the stud nearest to the drive sprocket.
SELECT FRONT OR REAR IN OPTIONS WHEN ORDERING! To be sure you get the proper (T-bracket) mounting component! The frame clamps are interchangeable
**Compatible with all Chinese motors that have 1-1/2 - 2" stud spacing's**
Benefits:
-
Easy, fast, secure,
engine installation.
-
Eliminates, annoying,
broken fasteners.
-
Designed and CNC machined to
match your engine and bicycle frame geometry. - Available for a variety of frame tube diameters 1_1/8", 1_1/4" and 1_1/2".
Highly recommend also getting loctite under (Miscellaneous parts) **The mounts DO NOT come with mounting bolts because they vary in size. The mounting studs are usually M6 = 6mm If so, replace the mounting studs with a M6 allen bolt Determine the size you have: 6mm will be the same as engine mounting
studs, M8-1.00 will be larger but will still have the same thread
spacing when compared side by side with mount studs. Another simple way
is to measure 1 cm and count the threads. 1.00 thread pitch will have 10
threads in that 1 cm, 1.25 thread pitch will have 8 threads.
If you need a custom diameter smaller than 1_1/8" we can make you a custom bushing for $30.00 Must
call in to order the custom reducer bushings 727-551-1435
