How to measure your hub

Description
 

The MANIC MECHANIC sprocket adapters are for wheels that have 36 or 48 spokes total. Not 32..

Count the spokes on one side of the wheel...you should have 18 or 24.

The large bolt circle adapters we produce are designed for flat cylindrical hubs that measure between: 1.520-1.528" O.D.
Between 1.520"-1.528" OUTSIDE DIAMETER IS OK

We also offer custom freewheel conversion reducer bushings, for freewheel hubs that are smaller. $30. each

The minimum diameter is .375" for custom reducer bushings.


You must measure your hub accurately in order to ensure that your adapter fits properly. The correct way to measure your hub. Digital Caliper, Dial Caliper or Micrometer.
A vernier caliper is, of course, another tool that can be used to measure your hub.

You can not use a tape measure to

measure your hub for an adapter.

You can not eye-ball it with a tape measure.

Circumference measurements with a tape are not acceptable either.
